A temporary position through J&B Personal AG relieves you of all administrative tasks. We handle all social security contributions, arranging payroll payments, obtaining permits, and much more efficiently and reliably for you. Furthermore, temporary employees don't require any headcount. If your needs change, you can keep the temporary employees we provide free of charge after three months. This approach greatly minimizes the risk of making the wrong hire, because you only hire employees whose suitability you can already assess.

 

 

Payrolling

J&B Personal AG handles the entire administration of personnel you have recruited yourself. You determine all employment conditions but transfer the legal obligations of the employer to us. Although your staff is contracted with J&B Personal AG, they remain at your disposal at all times. This means you transfer risks, administrative and regulatory requirements to us, allowing you to focus on your core business.

Permanent positions

Based on your requirements profile, we select the right candidates for you. For this search, we use our proven media mix or, ideally, the suitable candidates are already among our current search candidates. We get to know each candidate we recommend personally through a detailed, structured interview and through interviewing references. Only then do we present you with a small selection of promising dossiers, along with a written personal impression from us, as a complete basis for your decision. We support you in the decision-making process, in concluding the contract, and in carefully planning the induction period. We accompany you and your new employees through the probationary period and act as a partner in the background for questions and problems in all personnel matters.

Capacity management!

In an age where projects and deadlines are increasingly being scheduled at short notice, freelancers are no longer a rarity in your company. J&B Personal AG hires your employees indirectly and places them with our clients. You determine how long you make your freelancer available to us. After observing our notice periods, your employee will be available to you again immediately.
