Payroll
J&B Personal AG always prepares your payroll at the end of the month. Payment is made on the 5th or 6th day of the following month after the last day of the month. To ensure accurate payroll, it is essential that we receive signed work reports every week; please do not wait until the end of the month. Payroll statements prepared upon request during the current month will incur an additional charge of CHF 80.
Wage deductions without withholding tax & health insurance
Depending on occupation, age, and income, total social security contributions amount to between 13% and 24% of gross salary. Social security contributions cover key insurance areas such as retirement pensions, occupational pension plans, disability, and accident insurance.
Withholding tax
The withholding tax is calculated based on salary, place of residence, religious affiliation, family status, and children, and is deducted directly from salary. Due to cantonal tax differences, the tax rate changes when moving to another canton.
holiday pay
In accordance with the Swiss Employment Services Act (AVG), your vacation pay will be accumulated in your personal vacation account and paid out to you in the following month upon taking your vacation or upon leaving J&B Personal AG. Upon request, we can also save your 13th salary for you.

Payroll reports received in the office by 12:00 PM on Wednesday will still be considered. If submitted late for staff with withholding tax, they will be submitted in the following month.
Advances only on signed reports max. 70%
Cash advances Registration until Thursday 4:00 PM (for cash, a contribution of 15 CHF)
Employees without a permit (EU/EFTA) We always require a copy of your permit.
M-permit max. 90 days per year (tax via Canton Zug)
L-permit valid for max. 1 year is issued after the M-permit at the place of residence.
L-approval process With our form you must go to the municipality in your place of residence
(If Canton Zug is organized through the J&B)
Change of residence Deregister old municipality and register new municipality
Report a copy to J&B Personal AG. Due to taxes
Miscellaneous
1. Opening a bank account only with L-approval / post office is the cheapest option.
2. SIM card only with L-permit / Mobil Zone or Wing at Swisscom.
3. Change money at the post office or SBB / cheaper
Mobility public transport SBB timetable in the App Store or Play Store
Accommodation
We will find rooms for you on your behalf. Search fees are always incurred, which will be billed. We deduct the accommodation costs from your salary. You can also pay yourself. You will stay in the requested accommodation on behalf of J&B Personal AG.
It is mandatory to keep everything clean and tidy.
Car/driver's license
Anyone who operates their vehicle in Switzerland with a Class L or B permit for more than one year from the date of entry must exchange their foreign Class B (car) driver's license for a Swiss driver's license within one year.

You are insured through our accident and health insurance.
