J&B Personal AG also focuses on the protection of people's physical and mental health. Acting responsibly with regard to information to customers and employees means looking ahead.  Our long-term goal is to constantly avoid accidents and to enable our employees to permanently participate in conscious action and thinking.

This is possible if we keep taking targeted measures and providing information. Every accident less gives us a good feeling and the families or relatives thank us for this.


Taking responsibility means
doing everything possible to ensure that the employee arrives safely on the construction site and can carry out his or her work. Also that he receives all the information he needs to feel safe at the scene. We are aware that not every accident is avoided, but we take responsibility as a personnel leasing company in as many ways as we can to support and inform our employees about safety. All our temporary employees are committed to complying with the health and safety regulations of J&B Personal AG (Taking Care of Each Other).

Improvement through control and informationSecurity is part of the management responsibility at J&B Personal AG. Raising awareness in the business with consultants and administration for employees is a success factor in continuously improving our safety culture. Serious incidents are clarified and analysed with the deployment company and the temporary employee and stored in our system. In this way, the hazards can be analyzed and their risks minimized in the future.

Temporary Employee Instruction & Application

In order to be able to guarantee an assignment for an employee, we check this in the interview. When recruiting new employees, it is checked in advance whether the person is physically and mentally capable of carrying out the assignment in accordance with his or her job description. For this purpose, the professional skills are carefully checked and an entry health check is deposited with each applicant via our system.

Information rules

Before we hire a new temporary employee for a customer, our internal SUVA security regulations or according to customer templates are discussed and signed according to the industry they work. The necessary safety basics are communicated and discussed and checked whether the person has understood this. Furthermore, our employees are continuously informed about the most important safety rules several times a year in a newsletter. Above all, stop in case of danger and the 10 most important rules and danger.

Training on safety

If necessary, we support our employees with safety training. It is also important to us that you develop more security considerations for yourself through information. For this, our HTLM newsletter are an ideal tool to repeat.

Accident recording and control

If a moderate to serious accident occurs, we weigh up whether this accident could have been avoided. For this purpose, we have our own internal protocol, which is recorded with the person when the accident is recorded and, if necessary, with the emergency company. If we detect a violation of the safety rule, further measures are taken.

Internal measures, control and improvement

In order for us to be able to recognize, we continuously check our processes and each case is discussed with us according to the accident strengths and accident sequence. In this way, we are always on impulse and can constantly improve this.

Emergency Organization & Emergency Situation

Every employee receives the information at the beginning to inform himself about the emergency rules at the scene of the incident.

In the event of serious accidents, the responsible person will drive to the construction site and check it.

Internal information flow

1. The consultant receives the information about the accident and informs the administration about it. Serious accidents are immediately reported to the GL for the action plan.

 

Administration & Action Plan

The accident is recorded in our system and the course of the accident is examined in detail. In the case of minor accidents or minor accidents in which the case is not considered serious. A normal process is taking place.

Severe cases are discussed with the GL and the Adaminstration and the immediate measures are taken.

Cases of fraud are discussed with the management and reported to SUVA immediately.
